Due to the attached 3/4" thick wood plaque, I believe this more than qualifies as a 'heavyweight' card.

With the advent of eBay and having been "burned" several times, I now find that I don't "trust" any card of any higher value that is not currently slabbed by one of the top 3 TPGs. Not sure where that threshold is exactly but I would say any card worth more than a couple hundred dollars if I am buying online and the card is advertised as NRMT.
