My first thought was those Ultra-Pro cards as well. I see that COMC has Barry Sanders, David Justice, Jose Canseco ones for sale as well. I thought there were Ken Griffey Jr and Danny Tartabull as well...?

Isn't there a Bob Hamelin card of that? I know there's a Bob Hamelin card that is really weird for some reason? I do a quick search.

Not exactly the same, but the 1988 Donruss wax boxes had Dale Murphy on the front holding his own card.
