The coin hobby already has this. A company called CAC examines previously graded coins, and if they feel they are high end examples for their grade, put their own seal of approval on it. So the graders are graded by other graders. Yuck!

Sort of like our judicial system where one can appeal all the way to the SUPREME GRADER.

I think in the card business, they're called PWCC.
