I think it was an older style label between a certain time period. I guess it's still technically a '1', but I have one that could certainly be a 1.5.

I believe the cards designated poor to fair predate the .5 system.

I would say it equals a 1 today. Of course it could be bumped to a 1.5 if resubmitted.
Edited to add some clarification. There are possible 1.5 grades in the poor-fair (1) grade because PSA did not have a 1.5 prior to implementing their .5 grades. Last edited by DeanH3; 11-08-2017 at 05:36 PM. |
