Great pickups for everyone and looks like November might be the start of the Christmas season. Here are some early pickups. Special thanks to a board member who was willing to part with this special Otsego RPPC after having it for 37 years.

Picked up a pristine Chief Meyers BF2 from Clean Sweep Auctions.

Default Donahue T204
Went to the Shriner's show yesterday. Traded off some duplicates and picked up another T204 catcher. The card was misidentified by PSA as Jiggs (John) Donahue. The card is actually Patrick Donahue, who was John's brother, and he played for the Red Sox.

I bought a T204 Donahue in an SGC holder a few years ago, and the label also identified the player, incorrectly, as Jiggs. I notified SGC, and provided some corroboration to support my claim, and they reslabbed the card for free with a corrected label. Nice card, by the way... One of my favorite sets.

Default Mexican set
Got this incredibly scarce Mexican set (you can see my other post about the Lazaro Salazar card), but the "key" cards to the set are the DiHigo and the Dandridge. Also has the only card that I know of for Bill Wright who is certainly near HOF caliber and someday could be enshrined... and some other stars like Ramon Bragana...
