Regarding the lack of images tied to photofucket - so a person that is simply viewing the images can't see them unless a user of photofucket (like Larry) pays for the 3rd party? If that's the case then every photofucket user needs to leap over to an alternative site like Imgur that provides a FREE and easy way to host images.

Regarding your images (just above here) - there are NO images at all not even a placemarker that should show an image should be there error like Larry's.

Lets all sing it in unison Dan. "oh say can you see......

Im currently hosting my photos on the Unisquare auction site, not all that convenient though.

Imgur? Might have to check that sight out.

Are you saying you can not see any of my photos or Roger Staubach signature line?

Too bad Net54 is lagging behind. Most boards allow you to post photos directly from your computer.

Default 1950 Bread for Health Sammy Baugh

This was my white whale that I finally got. When one does show up, I'm usually the underbidder or it way out my budget.

What so proudly we hailed.....

Super pick up on the Sammy Baugh Jason!

Dan, I do go to that mountain icon, but you have to enter a URL address where the photo's are stored and can not upload photos directly from your own computer.

Can you see my 1968 FB photos Posted earlier in the thread above now?

John

Congrats, Jason! I picked up a few on the ones that came up on ebay starting at .99 too. Not every day (or year ... or decade) that these appear with a low starting bid.

Congrats again, that label is a tough one.

Which labels did you pick up? I tried on the Luckman last night but I was the underbidder.

They are extremely tough! One of the ones I have is part of an uncut strip of labels so am still looking for an individual example of one of them (Johnny Lujack) as I refuse to cut something like that up into pieces.

Fun day at the mailbox with the arrival of 31 additions to my 1965 Philadelphia set! Many of these were commons, but I did get the Hornung and a really colorful checklist. I also included a couple of scans of Giants players. I am finding the Giants cards to be really eye-catching. I realize this isn't considered a "major" set, but I am as happy with this project as anything I have collected in quite a while. Considering that I have been really unfocused over the course of my collecting life, it is rewarding to get on a project and stick with it. This will be fun to finish.

Love the '65 Philly, I love the photography on many of those. Good luck with the set as you move forward.

by the dawn's early light....

I cannot see your photos BUT can see your two flags with Roger "never took a knee" Staubach in between the two flags.

1. Net54 allows you to upload images directly to the thread response. Go to new reply and look for the little mountain icon and you can see the tab to select to upload photos.

2. Imgur.com is super easy to use and highly recommend it. You can easily create folders and upload images in bulk or individually in to each folder. If you upload a lot of images at a time it can get a little flaky for some reason but I think I typically upload about 10 photos at a time.
