Also a big David Bryan fan here. I've been buying from him since the pre-eBay days and he's always been absolutely top notch. At the Apex of the hobby, as it were.

David and I have been friends for over 20 years. There is not a nicer, more knowledgeable guy in the hobby.

Default Absolutely top notch

While I've not bought anything from him for a couple years, every transaction was right on - he was always great to work with.

Thanks for sharing the story, Mark We don't get enough of the bright spots these days...

As an Ohioan, lover of cards and student of the Civil War, I would be curious to know if that is the first trading card to depict William Tecumseh Sherman?

Right there with ya' Jay. David is one of the handful of hobby guys who I always happily spend as much time chatting with him as I can at the National each year .....and occasionally on the phone. Certainly one of the good guys in the hobby.

I, too, have purchased from David Bryan, and all my experiences have been great.

When I started seriously collecting back in the mid-90's, bought several items from him. All transactions were 5*****. Good dude!

Default Always positive!

I have been buying from David since my early days in the hobby. My guess is that I have purchased more cards for my collection from him then any other dealer.

I would say thats a fair statement for myself as well. I have picked up alot of great cards from David and always have a very professional experience. Best dealer for my niche by far!

David is as honest and ethical as anyone in the hobby. You never have to worry buying or selling with him. I've known him since the 1980's- he's even stayed over as a guest in my apartment. A genuinely good guy (hi David!).

I don’t think anyone in the hobby will have a bad thing to say about David. So let me be the first.

I/K.

David is a credit to the hobby. Not surprised he is getting massive props here.

Just to add another 2 cents, David has been a pleasure to deal with for many years. Importantly to me, he conducts himself at all times like a gentleman, something I can't say about certain dealers.
