True rookie cards of DiMaggio in both R312 and 313 (as well as R314--DiMaggio and McCarthy). Over time, IMHO, it will be very hard to keep a good card down, kind of like the change in attitude about postcards. They're still baseball cards. Plus, if you like real action shots, DiMag actually hit a home run in the image captured by the R313 (spring training, I believe, based on the number "6" on the back of his uniform) based on film I've seen of that exact same shot! Plus both are better looking cards than his dead-pan Joe, '36 World Wide Gum card.

Thanks Mike. I didn't have my Vg-Ex copy at hand and guess I got the number on Joe's back wrong. As stated, it truly is a great looking card.
