LED is best, but old fashioned incandescent bulbs are better than fluorescent.
However, if you have light in the room for only a short while a day, the type of light is no big deal. The short duration makes up for it. Of course, short duration and LED is even better. Last edited by drcy; 10-03-2017 at 11:57 AM. |
