Vacationing in Maine, visiting our Daughter and Grandson last week. Sailed out to Monhegan Island.... 13 nautical miles off the coast of Maine.
Yes, this Island is actually in International Waters. Sailed out of Port Clyde (Marshall Point). Arrived on Monhegan Island approx. an hour later.  View of Monhegan village from Lighthouse hill.  Photo by John Sharkey TED Z .
