I had Aaron Bros in Vegas but we have Michaels in Salt Lake.

AB is for artists; Michaels seems to be for "crafters."

Here in NYC, its Michaels. One just opened in Manhattan and I know of one in Queens.

Personally, I like Hobby Lobby better. There isn't a Hobby Lobby close by though.

Here in Houston we have Michael's and Hobby Lobby as well. Never heard of Aaron Bros. I've had my framing done at Michael's (Travel posters...not pennants). It's not exactly cheap...even with their perpetual, always on sale, framing coupon.

I've got a 5 foot map of Manhattan neighborhoods that I've been meaning to take in...if I could just stop buying pennants, I'd have the money to frame it.

Check this place out. I do rock and roll "gig" posters. Most cost me about $80 w/matting.

As someone who knows just enough to be dangerous about framing, I will tell you that once you get above a certain size, it pretty much doubles the price. Standard is up to a certain size (glass,etc), but above that is where it gets expensive.

Just two bands - Pearl Jam for me; Dave Matthews Band for my wife (altho we both like both). Just shows we've been to. We have about 40, lining the walls in the basement.

Is their a "gig poster" forum, other than expressobeans?

Now I know where that Colts Pennant went (from ebay a little while back). Lots of beauties there, but that one still stings a bit.

Great pickups... love the rare early Packers pennant as well!
