Probably my top/fav postcards...

1907 Seamless Steel Tubes Cobb (mailed by Cobb himself)

1915 Red Sox postcard (Ruth as a rookie)

1903 NY Giants at the Waldorf Astoria (first known mlb team to appear on a postcard)

1911 Addie Joss Day Postcard (includes Joe Jackson and Cobb in a Cleveland uniform)

1908-11 Bregstone Rube Waddell (my favorite pre-war player)

Tom, those pieces are amazing! They should be in a public museum. They are exactly like League of Our Own (great movie). Really awesome. (I see now these were posted months ago, but I am glad someone brought the thread back up, because i missed them the first time and am glad IO could comment the 2nd time around)

Thanks Craig. On a different day, the Rose of Johnson probably would have made the cut. I decided to go with cards featuring five different subjects and I went with the Weiser RPPC this time.

Just like I told Jay, I would love to see what your top 5 would be. I can only imagine.
