The '4' is not an upgrade at all. I would keep it as an abnormality and keep the '3' in your collection.

I watched that card for a while thinking it was some sort of print error. Very interesting card.

I guess that I intend on keeping the 4 but getting an additional "normal"
 4 as well.......
