The two cards posted at the beginning of this thread are both the rare 'Band Aid' variations. There is no difference between them. Here is an image I just put together (kinda lo-res, unfortunately) showing the common card (no 'Band Aid' on Al's forehead) on the left as compared to the 'Band Aid' variation on the right…
