What's the turnaround time on this submission? Also, I think I will have a few to send your way- I will let you know for sure tomorrow and will mail out on Monday

Jim....you are correct....Bulk is all years....however, even the bulk rate is not as cheap as the monthly special....I guess Im holding out hope that the special next month will be moderns. I was betting this month would be moderns, but they just repeated the specials from last month (probably due to the Nationals).....counting ALL cards, I am up to 50.....just moderns, I am around 40ish.
