If you want to display the card in a holder you could just get a screw down holder, arrange the pieces to look as they should, and screw the top down. Seems like that solves your problem for a few bucks. You can always add a penny sleeve if you are worried about the card sticking to the case ... and don't crank down too hard on the screws.
