Okay, no scotch tape. Got it!

Steve - I was thinking holder over mylar sleeve though because the guy I bought the card in question from had several others that were only partial cards. Meaning he'd already sold one or two of the other section(s). Makes no sense to me to just get one panel when all three are together. So I was thinking that if holdered, no one has the choice to break the card into three sections and then send it to the four corners of the Earth.

matte and frame them side by side and don't get them graded
