Here's one of my favourite hockey postcards, a real nice 1912-13 Real Photo Postcard of the Quebec Bulldogs championship team loaded with hall-of-famers! Included in the image are Joe Hall, "Phantom" Joe Malone, Patrick "Paddy" Moran & Tommy Smith. Postally unused and real clean!

Sweet looking postcard of the Bulldogs. Congrats. That is just an incredibly cool looking postcard and I am not even a hockey collector.

Here's a C. 1930's Lucky Strike Cigarettes Advertising Piece
& Bridge Tally Card

This rare ad piece was meant to be folded with two cigarettes inserted in the holes to create the players legs. The player shown is film star Jack Mulhall

Default 48-49 Mikan Exhibit

I've always wanted a George Mikan Rookie. I decide to fill the void with this 48-49 Exhibit card.
Fits in nicely with my other Mikan cards. Both personally pulled.

I have admired this set for several years. I don't know if PSA has a right proper holder for a 6 X 8 photo (THEIR T-3 HOLDER IS JUST A BIT TOO SMALL; PITY), but the Bobby Orr has enough eye appeal to classify as one of his very best items, taken at the height of his career. As the set celebrates the 1969-70 Stanley Cup Champions, and would have been distributed during the 1970-71 season, its significance is high.

Perhaps many unsold stock packets of them survived, but the sheer attractiveness of the photos is off the charts, and would stand out in any Bobby Orr display, I feel. Many of the shots of his teammates are equally good.

Thanks for sharing. ---Brian Powell
