They are really covering their butts by the overuse and exaggerated highlighting of the word OPINION in their copy machine quality COA .

The "Florida" COAs range from Nicholas Burczyk (the first "Florida" COA) to Platinum Collectibles. The number of "Florida" COAs is approximately twenty. The below are "Florida" COAs. There is a ring of sellers (or it could be just one person) who list and sell the "Florida" forgeries.
