Jerry - I have never seen a paper wrapper or pack, but have seen them depicted on the advertisements. They almost appear to be more "box like". The BGC is the closest I've ever come. I know have 2 different (a black and purple version).

Correct Jerry. Here's the Lone Jack. This one didn't survive as well as some of the others. The card has pieces that have flaked off into the pack.
