I just had an important parcel that USPS Tracking says was "Left with Individual". Yet it was not... it was never delivered, or even left on my front porch. Whatever party did receive it in error has had 5 days now to get it over to me. I know when something arrives here in error, I just walk it (or drive it) over to the neighbors' house.
So I guess they are simply keeping it, and it's time for me to file a claim as well.
