Nice items guys! This isn't in the same league, but...
 Written and self published by Moe Berg's sister. I think only a couple hundred copies were made. About a year ago, I bought three copies of this from a guy who told me he got it out of a house he bought and renovated years ago in Newark NJ. He turned it into a few apartments if I remember correctly. He said his crew told him they found more copies of it but had already trashed them before he saw them.
