Hi John,
There are very few reprints out there for T202 and most are Dovers with perforations and pretty easy to pick out. That being said there were a few of them that were reprinted that look better. The sellers have others for sale including commons, I think his scanner is turned up pretty bright to give the cleaner white look. Al this being said, I am leaning towards legit with caution.
