I've been looking into the T213s a little bit lately. I didn't realize how scarce the Type 1s are. There is a nice Cobb for $20K on eBay now, though.

These sets are right in my wheelhouse...most of which play into my miller run.
I like to play runs with these issues...many are on par or tougher than the rarest of t206 backs. I've always loved these sets and I collect them all. There are many intricacies within these sets and minor varainces that t206 collectors would love! I have never owned a t217 though. They have nothing in common with the 3 other issues.
