I assume you mean one of these? both identical and created by the Philadelphia Game Manufacturing Company around ~1913. These have been inquired about alot. Google them and you will find a lot of info.
The generic one with the green top is not much value. I am guessing you can pick one up for $100 these days. The elaborate version with the 16 star players on the lid is great value. I haven't followed recent sales, but they sell well into the thousands. MLB-300x207.jpg zfc_1_sbl.jpg
