If you have put in a lost mail notice or request or whatever it's called formally I think that's about all you can do. It could have gotten jammed in a machine or something else. Whoever the dope is who mailed with a 49 cents stamp I assume he wasn't smart enough to include a return address.

lost cards
I hope thats not the case.
I won in auction ebay Hoping someway they still turn up. Maybe sent out with another order sells many cards I have ordered many cards never lost one card. Asked seller for return address and claims he is too busy and does not answer me if the cards where returned to him. I collect these so im really disappointed,
