Here is an interesting study in PSA anomalies. This is the 1966 DC Hornet supplement, which contains athletes of various stripes from the UK, plus Ali:

Is it a card or a cut-out? Well, somebody somehow convinced PSA to grade these as cards. Here is one I have for sale right now:

Through the magic of TPG blessing it is now a highly collectable card. Needless to say, I bought the full item to get this for my type collection:

And I have a bunch of soccer teams and players left to resell.

Very interesting pick-up Adam. Helps somewhat that it's blank back, I guess.

This came from Argentina after a long, long journey from Buenos Aires to NYC back to Buenos Aires, back to NYC then to Cali. That's nearly 20,000 miles.

It is typical of South American chocolate album sets of the era, printed on thin stock, 2.25" tall 1.5" wide. Photoengraved. Only one I've ever seen.

Also picked up this Andre Ward signed RC:

Adam, that Dempsey looks just like the c. 1928 Salem/Josetti/Jasmatzi card issued in Germany.

Makes sense with the large number of German immigrants moving to Argentina during the 1st half of the 20th century.

Correct; the base artwork for the Salem/Josetti/Jasmatzi/Sulima/Manoli cards was used in at least two SoAm sets, this one and the Chilenas de Tabacos set.

Picked up just my second Ali. Is there a reason mine has that triangle on the back? I've seen some other cards in this set that look like this, and others that have a clean white back.
