Howdy!
At Cellular Field (or wtvr they call it now) There are plenty of good seating at every price point (and very few bad seats) so I'd get out the seating map on their website and match price and spot you want. At Wrigley ,however, you have to be cautious, I bought some prime seats while in college there right under the overhang behind home plate and discovered my seat had a post right in front of it, blocking my view.... sigh, So, what I recommend for both ease, budget and fun factor is to seat in the bleachers. It's not any less comfortable, it has a more fun atmosphere and it's kind of a Cubs tradition to sit out in the bleachers with an Old Style beer and a hot dog. hope this helps!
