Their Conditions of Sale clause is pretty much a 100% buyer beware warning
 . You buy it, it is yours. Fake, reprint, whatever....you own it (they certainly aren't owning it).

In the auction world in general that's actually a completely standard thing. Often called "As is where is." Usually intended for things like household items: We don't guarantee this microwave will work, etc. Obviously if you specialize in items where authenticity is an issue it's a crummy way of doing business.
