That's fine, but you do understand that it isn't his rookie card. My personal preference is for the 1948 Bowman RC over the 1949 Leaf. I think that 1949 Leaf is the ugliest post war set.

Yes I do understand it. I've read that some people feel the 49 Leaf is the ugliest postwar set but I think a lot of it has to do with horrible miscuts and registry errors neither of which this example has.

A couple recent P/U's. One for my 52 Topps collection and another card just because I couldn't pass up the deal.
