A Halper COA is as good as a Coaches Corner COA.
Did CC use that Halper trick for a while? Also as good as a COA from the Florida Mafia. (there are so many different ones in Fla that I cannot remember them all).

If that ball was authentic in the condition it is in and given how dark the ink is it would be close to a 100,000 dollar ball...but thats the illusion these guys prey on they want you to think you are getting that deal of a lifetime for next to nothing. If it seems to good to be true it most always is in the autograph game.
