There are 2 rooms...the 1st room is 20 x 60, and the bigger room is 40 x 80( I think )

You mean the first room has 1200 square feet and the second 3200? That means the first room is as large as a decently-sized New York City apartment, and the second is much larger than the average suburban house. I find that extremely hard to believe.
