Nice addition to my collection. Hails from Beverly Field in California in 1941. Many future AAGPBL greats played there in 1941. Plaque states "Beverly Stadium Championship 1941".

Pair of 1948 Oakland Oaks line-up cards signed by manager Casey Stengel. Stengel's success with Oaks led to the Yankees hiring him in 1949.

Great stuff, and I love the Peck & Snyder Ad Card. The Boater Hat and Thayer Mask are incredible to see portrayed as items currently available for sale.

But two questions....

1. What year is that from (gotta be ancient)

2. What on earth is the doohickey pictured at the lower-right?
