My favorite pickup for 2016 came just 3 days ago. I sold/consigned almost all of my E105 collection to make sure he had a nice nursery to come home to.

I had a great collecting year - my second full year into prewar collecting. I learned a lot and picked up some cards that I'm really happy with. It was tough to pick one favorite, but I think it has to be this:

I think that's my favorite card I didn't pick up. Love that card, and haven't seen more than one in the five years I've collected.

You're looking in the wrong places my friend . There are about 3-5 signed '34 Greenbergs that sell every year. Or close to that.

Wish my Greenberg was as nice, that example is stunning.

Thanks guys, I finally got to dropping it off in my safe deposit box today, but I may need to break him back out sooner than later.

Sam-- as Brent says, there are a handful these and they seem to come available time to time. I think I've only seen 1 or 2 on eBay over the past few years, with the most recent I remember lasting only a few minutes before being purchased as a BIN. I've seen a few more via AHs, which is where I got this one. Happy hunting.
