I've never seen it before. It may help to get a better idea on what it is if you did a closeup photo of just the Ruth outside of the plastic case and sleeve.

What's the card-stock like? Very thin? thicker, similar to the Goudey? Maybe take a picture of the blank back too just to show what the card stock looks like. Is the front glossy?
