To the original poster, and I ask this without any malice, what was the motivation for your interest in this piece...was it
1) "That's something I'd like to have in my collection and the price is right?" 2) "Wow, that's going cheap, I could make a lot of money if it's real?"

Technically Aaron had to hit #705 before he ever got to 755.
Perhaps he was very fond of #705?? Perhaps he had a "thing" for first inning three run homers?? Tom C

Being the Christmas season might have been a wife buying her husband a Christmas present thinking she got a good deal on it and surprising her spouse on what she won. Yikes. If that's case, which it probably isn't, hopefully the guy knows his stuff and gets his money back. Again Yikes
