I'm pretty sure that PSA's security procedures are fairly rigorous these days.
Mainly because (a decade ago?), Dan sent in a T206 Magie to PSA, and it was concluded, upon litigation, that the controls and procedures PSA had in place for receiving packages was inadequate. Good luck in finding your Ryan card.
