Sounds like your bronze is the exact same size as the original. Do you know what year it was made and who made it?

Kevin, it was made from the plaster statue and is an exact replica in size. I'm not sure of the exact date but it was made sometime after the original was auctioned in 2006. It was made by Art Castings of Loveland, Colorado.

Default HOF Bob Lemon no-hitter ticket

Freshly acquired in a swap with net54 good guy Doug Goodman, here is a ticket from HOF'er Bob Lemon's no-hitter against the Tigers on June 30, 1948.
The ticket was paper clipped to a scored program from the game. The lucky patron that attended the game neatly notated: "No hit game June 30, 1948 Night" in pencil on the front of the bleacher ticket.

Thanks Doug!

Wow nice Scott. How many realistically obtainable no hit tickets do you still need?

Great question, Clint!
I have tickets to 203 of the 295 total no-hitters that have been pitched.
The operative word is "obtainable" as you mentioned. At one time I thought that obtaining no-hitter tickets prior to 1950 would be tough, which is true.
Persistence has paid off & I've actually found 23 that predate 1950, so who knows...

If you look at no-hitter tickets that I am still searching for from 1940 forward, the number is 14 different games. I would also like to upgrade between 3-4 of them that I do own
Not bad!

This quest and the Howe McCormack T206 quest are my favorites on Net54. Nice pick up!

Finally picked up the catcher. It actually looks better than the photo.
