Bill- Thanks for sharing...especially the details. I have a comparatively easy path to take since pain hasn't been an issue since my surgery.

My lack of self discipline has left me very over-weight well past my designated recovery period.

I'm going to try to at least cut way down on the sodas and the fast food.

Plenty of excuses have been used -
'but the food just tastes so good!';
I'm not over-weight, I'm under-tall;
I'm not fat, I'm gravity-enhanced.

Obviously, I'm trying to be JOLLY about it this month - and I'll really work on it in January!

Thank you once again, Bill, for providing a good example to follow...I sincerely appreciate it.
