You know what you're doing, but if I could offer one piece of advice it would be to not get too amped up and don't push yourself too hard. Keep taking it steady and slow, and do the exercises that are least likely to lead to injury.

You also can't imagine how perfect the timing of your post is and how inspiring it is to me right now. As someone who's going through a fairly tough period of trying to overcome Vitamin D deficiency right now, I can relate to some of your story. I am in the early stages, so thanks for sharing this positive recap.
