Rhys, with Prewarsports, has sold me both a single signed album page, and Louisville minor league team signed sheet with Hatter.
While ancient history, years ago, Jim Stinson had a signed, full bank draft/check, while Quality Autographs of Virginia had the bottom half of a similarly signed bank draft/check. And during that same period, Jack Smalling has also sold a couple of cuts signatures specimens. But, for me, the all-time nicest Clyde Hatter autographed item was also offered by Jim Stinson; a beautifully signed George Burke 4x6 photo, in bold black fountain pen ink. |

I was going to say I think I owned two from the same grouping of signatures, but didn't remember selling both to Vincent

but Rhys, you did sell two Hatter autographs to me; and made me a very very satisfied customer in the process. Many, many continued thanks to you ![]() |

. . . was part of a eBay group of twenty-eight (28) single signed "album" pages by members of the 1934 Detroit Tigers team and staff. Pages were only 2x4.5 in size, so more like slips or cuts. Obvious the small size and flimsy nature of the pad made it difficult for some of the ballplayers to hold and to sign with a steady hand. But still pretty cool. Clyde Hatter signature no doubt the highlight although signature of Detroit scout (and 1900's ballplayer) Wish Egan is not often found grouped with team signed items. Early signature of Birdie Tebbetts also a neat addition, if not especially valuable. Link below: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Auto...p2047675.l2557 |
