Saving money in a bank account with next to no percentage interest rate isn't very appealing. I wish I could play in the 500k card market but alas most of us can't. I wonder if interest rates go up do our cards potentially take a hit since then it could make more sense to have the interest? Interesting discussion and certainly has to do with the pre-war market too. Although, all that said, it doesn't seem like the mid to lower level cards have taken off the way the high end ones have.
