Bang the Drum Slowly. I just love the era, the uniforms with sleeves underneath, batting helmets with no flaps, the earlier color footage and relatively poor focus, etc.

A boy sneaks into Yankees spring training camp in the early 60s to meet his heroes Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris.

I was 5 when that movie came out and I wanted to be that kid!!!

A League of Their Own is my favorite baseball movie. So many great quotes and great characters. In the ending scenes filmed at Doubleday Field, you can see the back of my garage.
