I don't believe they do, because each card was printed based off a negative, like a real photo. You could make multiple prints from the negative, even printing them today on vintage paper. So if you can reprint them today, I don't think the grading companies will touch them.
If you have the frame and the negative to go along with them, they will sell for much more. http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedi...et-photos-rare As to value, I sold some of the actors and actresses and political leaders for between $10-25 each, without the frame and negative.
