AFAIK, a PC796 Sepia (or its sister set PC 805 Novelty Cutlery) Postcard should never have a RPPC back, unless, I guess, if it were a photograph of an actual PC796 postcard that was then turned into a RPPC.
All PC796 postcards that I have seen have had this type of back. I stayed away from the Wagner for that reason. Last edited by Baseball Rarities; 09-17-2016 at 11:41 PM.
