Jake -- if you've bought a card, why do you need to announce or post anything? Just let the seller mark it as sold. And if you want people to know you won it, post it on the new acquisitions thread. It's easy enough to see why Dean was confused.

Relatedly, even if it doesn't apply here, I agree that if it's clear someone has expressed interest in a card, the appropriate communication to the seller is along the lines of let me know if X doesn't buy it.

If I were moderator I'd let nonsense like this run for a day or two and just delete it. A waste of everyone's time. Serves no purpose other than two let two guys pull each others hair out.

The fact that you have no problem with what Jeff said shows you are are biased. Everyone on this thread at least appears to think it takes two to tangle but here you go with a shot at me but your 'shot' is a paper clip and a rubber band.

In addition, when you used to send me wierd pms, you stopped once i posted them, do you want me to post your pms again? I had you blocked for awhile. I could say the sky was blue and you would disagree.

My PMs to you were telling you consistently what a complete idiot you are. It is against the rules to post PMs but if you want to embarrass yourself...even more, have at it, with Leon's permission.

So your posts really prove you are neutral here. I had to start that thread to get you to stop sending the pms. Actions speak louder than words. You did stop sending PMS immediately after i posted your most recent pm. Thanks for giving me permission to post any new ones which I will.

Is it against the rules to post on b/s/t threads and call people idiots. Im sure you got Leons permission for that. How on earth did you become a seller of time shares this is astonishing. I always felt harassed by you guys when i went on vacation. I bet you make a fortune though. Good for you and your family.

We also now know the source of the quote that Calvindog was referencing approving his behavior on my thread. You are the one sending me the pms months ago that i had to start posting and i had to block you and your beef is with me?

Not sure why you felt the need to post here if you dont care what i say. You can start from not posting anything else .

I was going to stay out of this one but I would like to make a proposal. Boyton, Calvin's posts were inappropriate in the context of just thread, but were made because you tend to do the same thing in many other BST threads, including one of his recently.

Can we all agree to stop posting unwanted suggestions and comments, other than nice card, in BST threads in the future? If you agree to do this Boyton I'm pretty sure everyone else will agree to stop commenting on yours.

And to Dean, when you typed PM sent, if your PM didn't say I will take it the card is still fair game. A seller shouldn't have to hold it and a buyer shouldn't have to wait simply because you asked a question or made an offer.

Dean may of still been confused if i posted it as a new acquisition though at the time I said Ill take it, so i dont think that would of solved anything.


I was the first to express interest in the card. I do see why he was confused though and will go about it differently next time. I also think he will go about it differently in his frustration to just PM me instead of posting the issue on my b/s/t thread. Dean and I are good now as grown man can communicate and resolve things.

To Bobby who feels the thread is bad for the hobby: I agree, hopefully i wont get in a back and forth again with someone on my b/s/t thread. Its especially bad for the hobby considering Calvindog pays millions into the hobby and thus is a major player and takes the time for the back and forth in this unfortunate thread..

Sorry was supposed to be my last post, but Greg put that post there which was undeserved etc and then i was like what the heck and responded to your neutral post.
