What early 80's set are these cards from?

Looks like pieces of several 1977 Jim Rowe exhibits. Weird thing is those should be yellow, maybe they were reprinted later in white?

I don't really collect modern exhibits so unsure of the print runs but those are the same photos Rowe used.
