I have several that probably fall into this category. A couple of these are still unexplained as to what they're from exactly...

Default Plank w/ Bonus Stache
Am aware of the notebook covers, but have yet to see one with Plank on it. Has remnants of black background on the hand cut borders. Anyone know of the advertisement that this came from?
