While I agree this can't be a bad thing, I see very little effect for E-bay. It's E-bay policy to allow anything fake in. I don't see jerk off sellers like RBISPORTSINC doing ANYTHING like take their forgeries down until they are forced too. AND then, Tony & Friends will just use a different sticker and certificate like they always do... While this is a very nice development, It's hardly going to do anything to stop the fraud on Scam BAY, IMHO.
