For cards I'm not planning to sell: SGC
If planning for resell PSA I personally likes SGC holder, people say newer PSA grades tougher. i think it is to some degree, I still see weak card in newer serial number as well. you can also find strong card in SGC holder in same grade at a discount customer service: SGC hands down and more consistent in grading.
